(Seller) is solely responsible for the marketing and sale of the Residences. “Hyatt International (Europe, Africa, Middle East) LLC” has granted Developer the right to offer and sell the Residences using the Hyatt name and trademarks. Neither “Hyatt International (Europe, Africa, Middle East) LLC” nor any of its affiliates is responsible for, or makes any representation or warranty concerning the development, marketing, sale or operation of the Residences.

Coporgest Golden – SIC, S.A. (Seller) is solely responsible for the marketing and sale of the Units. An affiliate of Hyatt Corporation has granted Seller the right to offer and sell the Units using the Park Hyatt Comporta name and trademarks. Neither Hyatt Corporation nor any of its affiliates is responsible for, or makes any representation or warranty concerning the development, marketing, sale or operation of the Units.

This is not an offering or solicitation in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law or where prior registration or approval is required but has not been obtained.
